Unless I’m directed to provide raw files, all voice over files are edited to give you compressed, normalized, broadcast-quality, ready-to-use clips and audios for any project in my home studio. For directed sessions, I use ipDTL and Skype, and I use a Sennheiser MK4 microphone, with a Scarlett 2i2 audio interface with Adobe Audition.
